We had no clue...
It was 2002, the year two young dreamers, just 20 and 21, decided to tie a beautifully tangled knot and call it marriage. Tim proposed to Jenn one Friday night at Centennial Park in Atlanta, Georgia, right after a nationwide youth service. The park was quiet and glowing, lit only by streetlights and scattered lamps along the path. As we walked back toward the arena, destiny met us in the most unexpected way. A drunk man stumbled toward us, pointed his crooked finger, and through slurred words said, “God is going to greatly use you two.” It was messy, unplanned, and undeniably divine, just like the beginning of our story.
